I’m a young man, a father of few, dedicated to pursuing freedom in life. LiberSeed is my brand, where I try to help others, particularly small business owners and leaders, pursue their dreams. I have spent almost a decade building and leading teams in hospitality and retail all over the UK. I’ve trained and coached restaurant and retail store managers and become very good at what I do. I still work full time; however, pursuing my dreams and impacting many more people and businesses captures my attention outside of my day job. I believe it is the responsibility of the leaders in our communities and corporations to develop, cultivate, and motivate the next generation.
